1. Less intake of water

4. Too much coffee
Currently drinking coffee has become a lifestyle for most people. In fact, too much coffee can raise blood pressure. If the habit of drinking too much coffee is done continuously, in the end this will cause kidney damage.
5. Less intake of vitamins
Kidneys can work well if the required intake can be met, one intake of vitamin B6. If you lack vitamin B6 intake, this can cause health problems in the kidneys.
Some foods containing vitamin B6 include spinach, fish, garlic and lean beef.
